All people interested may send their communications, which after being examined by the Scientific Committee, will be given in to the Second European Congress, Sports and Intellectual Disability. Free communications will last about 15 minutes, and will be organized simultaneously in different rooms in the building so-called Transfronterer. After the celebration of the Congress, every communication and poster having been presented to the Congress will be shown in the following Web: www.esportidiscapacitat.org
Hereby you will find the way to present a communication to the Scientific Committee of the Second European Congress, Sports and Intellectual Disability. To be able to give a communication, previously its authors have to send a summary or an abstract to the Scientific Committee to its mail, comunicacions@esportidiscapacitat.org before the 24th of October, 2008, following the rules that are specified next.
Once the summaries or abstracts are received by the Scientific Committee, it will examine them, and declare itself about them. In the case, an abstract is accepted, you have to send the text of publication before the 12st of November, and afterwards it will be included in the Minute Book of the Second European Congress, Sports and Intellectual Disability.
The authors of the communications will have to pay attention to the correct use of the language and so, carefully and compulsory avoid sexism and xenophobia in language. To talk about a specific group of people, you will have to use the words: disabled people or persons, without using the substantive form of the disability in it-self: do not use the words disability or handicapped.
To be able to present a communication, its author has to send a summary or an abstract to the Scientific Committee to its mail, comunicacions@esportidiscapacitat.org before the 30th of September, 2008.

The texts that may be presented will have to follow the same requirements of the summary or abstract, but also counting on with two added specifications:
TITLE: its letter has to be with a size of 72. You have to state in a smaller letter, the authors, and their affiliation (institution).
CONCLUSIONS: the main conclusions about the work have to be stated maximum in a 6 lines space, and you are able to use letters with a size of 16 and 48.
